Dinning Room

Common spaces in community and certainly at the New Digs are often mutli-use spaces. The Dinning room is part space for common meals for the community and guests, it is also an office space (not shown here) and library. We have a large library of books. The community library has always been the collected books of the members of the community (it can be interesting when a member moves out and takes their books with them. The picture also shows the possibility of clutter, it can be part of the charm of common spaces it can also overwhelm a space and become chaotic making the space unusable. Maintaining spaces is part of the work of communal life to make the beautifully lived in is always a challenge but as you can see often with quite pleasant results.
